I don't know how much help I can be on this one, but do you know if your
document actually has any BASIC code embedded in it? What about those
files it's complaining about? Have you checked to see if they're
actually there? You MIGHT try a 'cat filepath > /dev/null' in a command
shell, and see if it throws you any errors that way... it sounds like
you could have some data corruption on your drive, but I don't want to
jump to conclusions.
