Unless you have unpartitioned disk space to turn into /tmp, or you plan
on adding a new hard drive, or you have an unused partition you wish to
turn into /tmp.

And that also assumes you have some free space to give to /tmp.

All this assumes you want to _increase_ the size of /tmp, not decrease.
You only said "change the size".
