[KLUG Members] Printing from windoz thru VectorLinux

I am trying to us a older computer running VectorLinux as a print server 
but I can seem to get windoz or MandrakeLinux to print thrugh it via 
samba. It prints local files fine using ssh->tightvnc. I don't know what 
other conf files you may need to see please ask if you need any others. 
P.S. I have a Hosts Allow line of in printers.conf for each and the ip 
addess in the network.
