[KLUG Members] Group permissions change when a file is modified by non-owner

I don't mean to be rude, or maybe I do, but have you ever...even
once...used Google yourself to look for an answer? The only value in
replying to you is that the answer is then published and searchable
for others to see in the future. Most of the questions you ask have
been answered before by somebody, somewhere, and the answer is
usually google-able.

This post will probably bite me in the rear, but I can't be the only
person wondering this.

I apologize in advance for being off topic and nearly flame-able.
