Does anyone know how to write an and/or into an exim4 acl?

Right now I am running grey listing only on ip's that are listed in a
dns block list.  I want to also greylist mails that fail a reverse dns
lookup.

So right now in my greylist acl I have:

dnslists = cbl.abuseat.org

If I add:

!verify = reverse_host_lookup

Then the only mails that will be greylisted are ones that match both the
dns list and reverse lookup failure.  How can I make it to do to either
condition is true?

I thought of just duplicating the acl - that is having one for dnslist
and ond for reverse lookup - but that would lead to having mail
greylisted twice - and it is quite poor solution.

Any ideas?
