[KLUG Members] cups documentation gone

I'm used to finding my CUPS documentation and administrative interaction
at http://localhost:631/documentation.html

Just now, when I looked for it, however, I got a 404 Not Found message. 
Any ideas what might have happened? I don't remember doing anything to
change any of my cups settings.

I did start using Apache web server and PHP recently on my computer.
Could this have affected things somehow?
