Thanks. I take it this means (a) I won't be able to print it out of
Linux at all, and (b) IE at the library may well not have saved it
correctly for my particular printer.

Just for fun, I'll try printing it from Windows.  Fortunately, I was
able to reaccess the page at home from Linux and save it as a .ps file.
The reason I tried to save it at all was that I feared maybe the journal
was a subscription journal that I wouldn't be able to access away from
the library.
