[KLUG Members] PHP, Perl or Java

We're in the middle of evaluating open source Customer
Relationship Management software.  It appears that
most is either written in PHP, Perl, or Java.  Since
we will need some customization.  I was wondering if
the programmers on the list could offer their pros and
cons for each of the languages.  We don't plan on
doing the customization ourselves but it would be nice
to know relative effort and degree of difficulty
before selecting a package.
