I would focus less on the language the product is written in, and more on the product itself. Each of those languages can have wonderful code written in them... or ROTTEN code written in them.

Also, if anyone involved in the project has good skills in one of those languages, then I would give credit to that... but possibly not if you can not locate a descent OSS/FS project written in that 
language.

In short, people, not programming languages, should be your highest valued asset... both the people developing the OSS/FS, and the people customizing it for your purposes.
