[KLUG Members] Ubuntu 7.04 and Epson Scanner Success

Hi,
I finally got the scanner working Using Ubuntu! I used the directions

+epson> as well as looking up the vendor, product and usb id here
<http://www.openprinting.org/printer_list.cgi?make=Anyone> and here
<http://www.sane-project.org/cgi-bin/driver.pl?manu=&model=&bus=usb&v=&p=>. I edited /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libsane.rules manually to add my model. I had to reboot, restarting udev just didn't work. Presto, there it is!
