[KLUG Members] Viewing camera over web

I have a camera - call it 192.168.0.80
I would like to veiw it from another place --- maybe even from Germany.

I can view the camera from my own pc now!
I use Charter cable & a netgear wgr614 router
Everything on my side of the router has the same sub net id 255 255 255 0

What do I have to change to get it to work
What web command do I type in to get it to work
Once it works how to I secure it?
