Sorry to disappoint you, Andrew, but "the mouse that roared" is not a 
reference to Bugs Bunny or any other Loony Toon.  "The Mouse that 
Roared" is an old Peter Sellers movie about a tiny country (population 
100 or so) who decide that the solution to their economic problems is to 
declare war on the United States and LOSE.

OK, since it's a Peter Sellers movie, maybe it could be considered a 
Loony Toons reference, but no Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, or elephants!
