Please note that the more advanced window managers like KDE 
may override the xset command, so it's best to set it within
the window manager configuration if possible.

One trick worth noting is "man -k keyword", where the "-k"
option lets you search the commands one line description
to help in finding the appropriate command.

(the "-k" option is the same as the "apropos" command, but 
I personally find it easier to remember "-k" than the 
spelling of "apropos" - which took me a couple tries to 
figure out for this email! :)
