Hi folks,

After beating my head on the keyboard for a while last night, I finally
got gnumeric to work in my new RH 7.1 (BSware #16) installation, but with
only a small number of strange fonts, not including Times or Helvetica.
I've replaced most of the gnome packages and gnome-font-install 'd many
times but still get this message when running gnome-font-install:

root@localhost: /usr/share/fonts[root /usr/share/fonts Tue Sep 25 07:09:08]# gnome-font-install -f .

./fontmap

** WARNING **: Warning: the Times font was not found. Printing is unlikely
to work unless basic fonts are installed. Please see:

http://www.levien.com/gnome/font-install.html

for more information.

Apparently Levien no longer has font-install.html installed.

None of the multiple pages I looked at from searches on gnome fonts, etc.
discuss this as a problem. Should I contact the gnome users/developers
list?
