Hi all.

I have a need to experiment / install an linux based telephony solution that
would replace a WINNT system.  The vendor is going out of business and it
provides a great opportunity to parade the use of linux.

Now, I have looked at Bayonne and Asterisk.  Can anyone plug another
application to use?  Has anyone implemented a linux telephony solution and
provide pointers / gotchas to look out for.

Basically what I need to build is an IVR that accesses a database for
information.  It will service very high volumes - several hundred thousand
calls a day.

Any help?
