<RANT>
I wouldn't expect that. But if the ATM light is **NOT** ***ON*** telling
me to reboot my PC is flat out ****STUPID******. And I had an e-mail from
their tech support department stating that IT WAS A LINE PROBLEM. And the
lady couldn't do anything with the trouble ticket number provided by their
own tech support department. "I don't recognize any number like that".
&*^#*&^*& &@^#*^*@* @&#$^&@*(@ !@##@! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!
After spending ***HOURS*** on hold!
Their final solution - Your using an unsupported OS! Bloody Hell!
Earthlink makes WorldCom look like a commune of superintelligent beings
out to remake the world into an idyllic paradise.
Then of course, they intially installed DSL on the wrong phone number!
Oh, and the transition from the previous DSL provider wasn't supposed to
require any hardware changes. So they never shipped me a modem... but
omygosh... your not using our DSL modem! We'll have to ship you one.
Grrrrrrr.........
Trust me, I could go on and on and on....

>>>><Jeez...I better go wash up now...I feel like a marketing person>
>>Use the gelled industrial bleech, it cleans up the marketroid pheremones
>>more effectively than the consumer grade stuff.
>It worked like a charm. :)
Glad I could help. :)
