Never heard of them
>I seriously doubt I can talk my boss into paying $995 to send me to this

Why exactly are all these things so bloody expensive? I've been to a
couple, and I think the content delivered is often sub-par to what one can
get at an average *FREE* KLUG meeting.
>For example, they don't say what distro if any that they are teaching. They
>talk about LILO, so either the flyer is old or they don't know RedHat
>switched to GRUB. They mention Samba but don't say what version. Under
>security it talks about ipchains instead of IPtables, etc. etc. etc.
Yikes! I'd want any training I pay for to be primarily focused on
emerging technologies, not ones already listed under the "Depricated"
section of the man page.
Want a topic covered? Bring it to the Program Directors attention. And
if you want to give him $995, thats just fine too. :)
