[KLUG Members] MP3 Player?

Does anyone have any experience with Sandisk MP3 players?
It says it functions as a flash drive, so it should work with Linux.
My main concern is it resumes where it was last playing when turned off.

This one seems to have the best specs I've found for the money
(for players without a hard drive anyway).  i.e.:
