I remember a while back seeing a fake-cdrw driver for windows, I think 
this one came with nero but I know I've seen/heard of others, that you 
can burn to and the "drive" will create a ISO.  If I'm reading what your 
asking correctly you want to "burn a cd from itunes" right?

This, or something like it, might work.
