[KLUG Members] Linux based PBX/VoIP

KLUG actually has a list dedicated to this "driftwood@";  named after the KLUG
Driftwood project to create a mini-VOIP service.  Currently the project is
moribund, but the answer is "yes" - several people on this list have Asterisk
and general VOIP exeprience.

This project started back in the pre-ALSA / pre-Asterisk-1.0, so it hit a great
many technical hurdles.  Hopefully it will get revisited soon.
