This is the first I have heard this.. Nvidia was the first to support Linux
by offering a Binary only driver for their new cards and I have had much
success with those on my Linux installs. Now I know ATI does support and
have drivers for their newer cards and I have not used ATI since their 7500
cards.. But Nvidia in my experience works great.
