[KLUG Members] testing SATA drive

Is this an XP box?
As I recall, when XP installs, there's a prompt for special steps to
install RAID and SATA drivers. So maybe the OS rather than the BIOS
recognizes SATA? If so, part or all of XP might need to be reinstalled?
