I'm sure someone will post a longer answer then mine, but in all reality 
with a little skill, use can use ppp dialup on Linux with your username 
& password to connect to any dialup isp! Linux does not require any 
special software nor does the isp have to offer 'Linux' connections. 
It's plain dial-up.

It's been almost 3 years now since I've used dial-up so someone with 
more recent experience will have to help you from there.

If you happen to be using KDE, look into Kppp. I don't know what Gnome uses.
