My ISP has done a wonderful job of effectively blocking email sent to and from me, and there's little I can do about it.
They absolutely refuse to turn off spam blocking for my account.

Mark, consider yourself lucky.  At least your GETTING the email in question, instead of your ISP silently blocking
important communications to or from you.

I only wish I had a big 'ol mess of junk to sort through, it would be MUCH better than not having the communication at all.
